Artificial Grass Adhesive

Description

Our artificial grass adhesive is a simple one coat application for seaming artificial grass joints. It bonds well in wet and dry conditions and bonds to most substrates. It’s green colour creates discrete joints. It can also be used for fixing artificial grass to hard surfaces such as concrete patio’s. 

Our artificial grass glue is easy to apply, it’s bright green colour makes it easy to see when you apply it in a zig zag motion onto the joining tape for best results. Using your fingers, join the grass together until it meets pinching it together to ensure limited visibility.

Application:

• Check that the substrates are clean, dry and free from contaminants. Ensure that sufficient adhesive is applied directly from the cartridge to the seam jointing tape. Bead out the adhesive continuously from left to right down the tape, leaving approximately 5cm free at either edge of the tape. You can then spread the glue out with a serrated trowel for a more even coverage.

Open/Cure Time:

• At 20°c the open time is approx 30 minutes and cure time is 1-2 hours.

Coverage:

• On a typical seam, one cartridge will bond up to 5 linear metres of grass joint.

Storage/Shelf Life:

• 12 months when unopened
